This program is designed to help participants reconnect with their inner child, retrieve fragmented parts of themselves, and cultivate deep self-compassion. Using guided meditation, journaling, and reflective exercises, participants will uncover patterns, heal past wounds, and cultivate a loving relationship with themselves. We highly suggest following up with the Inner Healing 4-week program, which will have unlimited time so participants can always reference the listed exercises. NOTE: In working through these modules or the follow-up program, if at any time, feelings and emotions surface that are unmanageable, please seek professional support.
